2. Electronic services
The website provides free access to hotel, room, location and contact information; links to an external booking engine; cookie-preference controls; and an optional AI concierge.A contract for accommodation is not concluded merely by browsing this website. A booking is concluded only under the process and rate conditions displayed in OnePageBooking and confirmed to the guest.
3. Technical requirements and risks
- An internet connection, a current standards-compliant browser and, for interactive features, JavaScript are required.
- The user should keep their browser and device security software up to date.
- The operator applies reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or eliminate every risk inherent in internet use.
4. Rules of use
- Do not submit unlawful content, malware, automated abuse, attempts to bypass security or content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Do not place special-category personal data, payment-card data, passwords or identity-document numbers in the AI concierge.
- Information produced by the AI concierge is general guidance. Availability, price, room features and booking conditions are authoritative only when confirmed by the hotel or booking engine.
5. Complaints about electronic services
